- Subscriptions are prepaid, monthly or yearly. Yearly is charged for 10 months and runs for 12.
- Prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST.
- These are KaryaFlow's direct prices. An authorized partner may quote its own price.
- Invoices and activation are issued by Human Reasoning Labs Private Limited (KaryaFlow) or an authorized partner.

KaryaFlow Starter costs ₹990 a month for up to 10 users. Growth costs ₹2,673 a month for up to 30 users. Teams with more than 30 users get a written Enterprise quote. Prices are in INR, prepaid, and exclude 18% GST.
Is pricing based on users or features?
On users. Every plan includes the core service modules, so the difference between plans is how many people can log in. Office staff and technicians count together. Continuous live GPS tracking is a separately quoted add-on.
Is GST included in the price?
No. GST at 18% is added to the invoice. With GST, Starter costs ₹1,168.20 a month and Growth costs ₹3,154.14 a month.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan is charged for 10 months and gives you 12 months of service, so 2 months are free. Starter costs ₹9,900 a year and Growth costs ₹26,730 a year, plus GST.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with an active login to your KaryaFlow account: admins, managers, and technicians. When someone leaves, turn off their login and the place is free for the next person.
Is live GPS tracking included?
Every plan includes attendance with location check-in. Continuous live GPS tracking through the day, with route history, is an optional add-on, quoted separately for the technicians who need it.
What if my team has more than 30 users?
Choose Enterprise. We send a written quote in INR for your team size and onboarding needs. Message us on WhatsApp to start.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use KaryaFlow free for 7 days without a credit card. Setup help is available on WhatsApp during the trial.
Can I buy KaryaFlow from a partner?
Yes. An authorized KaryaFlow partner can sell, set up, and support your account. The partner raises its own invoice and may quote its own price.
