The office assigns the visit
A coordinator creates a service job, adds the customer and site details, and assigns a technician. The job sits in the same work-order record the office will review later.
TECHNICIAN MOBILE APP
KaryaFlow brings assigned jobs, customer details and service updates onto your technician’s phone, so your field team and office can work from the same service record.
The demo button opens a WhatsApp request; our team will arrange the walkthrough.

WHAT THE APP DOES
A field service technician app gives a person on a customer visit the job details and a way to record the work. In KaryaFlow, that means the technician can open the assigned job, reach the site and add visit details that the office can review. It is more than a location tracker: the job record is the centre of the work.
For an AC repair, the coordinator should not have to reconstruct the visit from separate phone calls and photos. The technician can work from the assigned job while the office keeps the customer, service and next action connected.
ONE VISIT, ONE RECORD
Follow a fictional AC repair through the same handoffs your service team makes every day.
A coordinator creates a service job, adds the customer and site details, and assigns a technician. The job sits in the same work-order record the office will review later.
On the phone, the technician reviews the issue, address and visit time. Call and Navigate are available from the job card.
The technician can add service notes, photos, assigned checklist results and parts used. The exact steps depend on the job and your team's setup.
A completed visit gives the office details to review before the next action, whether that is a completion sheet, billing or a return visit.
For the office-side assignment and closure process, read the work order management workflow .
01 / KNOW WHERE TO GO
The job card gives the technician a practical starting point: the service issue, customer, visit time and address. They can call the customer or open navigation from the job list.
If a customer has more than one service location, the site recorded for this visit matters more than the customer’s main office address. Check it before leaving.

02 / RECORD THE WORK
The technician records what they found and what they did. A service-centre owner can set a checklist for an individual job. The technician can add before and after photos, fault details, service notes and parts used.
The resulting completion sheet gives the office a clearer basis for billing and future service. Read the digital job-card guide for the complete field record.

03 / CLOSE THE LOOP
The technician’s entry should tell the office what happened at the site. For example, if a replacement part is needed, the service notes and job status help the coordinator plan the next visit. The office can review the work before completing its own billing or customer follow-up.
KaryaFlow also lets the technician record parts against a job. That helps the office check usage against technician-held stock; it does not assume every stock or invoice decision happens automatically.

BEYOND THE JOB CARD
The service visit stays central. These app areas help the same technician manage work around it. The small examples below use fictional demo data.
Mark attendance from the app with location context. This is a check-in record, not continuous route tracking.
Record work expenses, such as travel or parts, for office review and reimbursement.
Capture a potential customer and set a follow-up or site revisit. The office can take the conversation forward.
Need live technician location and route history? That is an optional, separately quoted add-on. See technician tracking .

Yes. The job record connects the technician's visit details with the office workflow. The office can review what was recorded and decide whether the call is complete or another action is needed.
An internet connection is required. KaryaFlow can be used where connection strength is low, but this is not a promise of full offline operation. Test the actions your team needs at your usual customer sites during a demo.
Location-based attendance check-in and continuous live tracking are different features. Live GPS and route history are an optional, separately quoted add-on. See the technician tracking page for its scope.
Yes. A technician can record a potential customer opportunity, its service interest and a follow-up or site revisit. The office follows up; capturing a lead does not automatically turn it into a job.
