A SHARED VIEW OF TIME OFF
Leave management software gives the request, the decision and the dates a clear home. Keep the employee’s view simple and the office’s next action visible.

Review the employee, leave type, from and to dates, and reason in one request list. Approve or reject from the admin view, keeping the decision attached to the request.
Switch to the calendar to see who is off and what is coming up. Filter by employee and distinguish pending, approved and projected entries before planning the service day.
Create a recurring schedule for a regular day off. Review the rule, effective period and next occurrence, with controls for whether the schedule is active and whether it auto-approves.
Move between all, pending, approved and rejected requests in the office. A pending request remains distinct from an approved absence, so the team knows what still needs a decision.
Handle a single day or a date range, with the leave type and duration kept together. Technicians can return to their request list to check dates and see the displayed status.
SOME PLANS REPEAT. THE PAPERWORK SHOULDN’T.
Regular weekly offs deserve their own workflow. Keep the employee, repeat rule, effective dates and approval setting together. Pause a schedule when it no longer applies, and use the calendar to review the upcoming dates.

PART OF THE SERVICE DAY
Use approved leave as context when reviewing attendance and planning customer visits. Keep the responsibilities clear: a request, a check-in, a job assignment and a payroll decision are different records.
Your leave policy stays yours. Confirm entitlements, approval rules and attendance or salary treatment during setup.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST REQUEST
Yes. The technician app has a Request Leave form with leave type, duration, date selection and an optional reason. The request list displays dates, duration and status. This gives the technician a place to check the request without relying only on a message to the office.
The technician app includes Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Earned Leave, Unpaid Leave, Personal Leave, Vacation, Emergency Leave and Week Off. A leave-type name does not define your company’s entitlement or pay policy. Review the types and rules your team should use during setup.
Yes. The admin request view includes approval and rejection controls, along with employee, leave type, dates, reason and status. Filters separate pending, approved and rejected requests. The interactive example above uses fictional records and does not make changes to a real company account.
Yes. The mobile app offers a recurring-day-off entry point, and the admin has a Schedules view. A schedule shows its repeat rule, effective period and next occurrence. Active and auto-approve controls let the admin manage the rule. Confirm the settings for your team before rollout.
Yes. The admin calendar provides a monthly leave view and an employee filter. Its legend distinguishes approved, pending and projected entries. Review the status as well as the date: a projected entry is not the same as an approved request, and the calendar is not proof of an automatic job reassignment.
Do not assume that a leave approval recalculates salary or reassigns a customer visit. Leave, attendance, payroll review and dispatch have different responsibilities. In your walkthrough, ask us to show the actual connection in your configuration, including who reviews the effect on attendance and any pay inputs.
